Three very different artists and styles have been brought together in this exhibition. Howard Carr’s work is diverse and eclectic. Exciting, modern and culturally significant. Mikel Diaz’s skill for capturing light, shadow and texture is astounding. Both Artists are highly skilled, talented and gifted. A wealth of experience is reflected in every stroke. And then, Ce Jamieson, former assistant Scribe and Illuminator to HM Queen Elizabeth II, steps onto the stage. Bringing both modernism and classical training which serves as a bridge between the work of Carr and Diaz. Together these, ‘Three Friends’ have brought an exciting exhibition to the Howard - Jamieson Contemporary Art Gallery for fans to enjoy.
